SALON POLICIES

RESERVATIONS
A Valid credit/debit card is required to secure telephone and online appointments. Some services require a non-refundable deposit prior to booking. YOUR CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IF A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE SERVICE THAT YOU'VE CHOSEN. Otherwise, your card will be authorized, but not charged until the day of your appointment.

 
PAYMENT
cash, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

 
CANCELLATIONS
Require 24 HOURS notice of cancellation. No Exceptions.
• Same-day cancellation fee: $25
No-call/no-show: 50% charged according to service.

 
LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure timely service to each client, you may have your service minimized or reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled reserved time.

 
NO CHILDREN
Effective March 1, 2016:
My young client list is currently full. I am not accepting new clients under the age of 13 at this time.
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon unless being serviced. Clients arriving with young children will be asked to reschedule and charged a $25 inconvenience fee.

 
REFUND
NO REFUNDS are issued once services have been rendered
